The staff, especially Emma at the front desk and Leticia and Mike in the dining area, were warm and accommodating, making us feel welcomed. However, our room lacked some basic amenities and the beach access was challenging due to erosion and sargassum. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I’d consider other options for my next visit.
